A set of free step-by-step guides to help create accessible office documents is now available.

The IDRC, in partnership with UNESCO and the Government of Ontario, has developed a set of free step-by-step guides to help create accessible office documents for the most popular office application suites, including Microsoft Office, OpenOffice, iWork, WordPerfect, Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs.

These "Authoring Techniques" include plenty of screenshots and tips to help you get the most accessible results out of the software you already own or to help you plan a future purchase.
